  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ? (Demo)
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • What country can you ship to?
    Currently we are shipping within Australia. We are aiming to go ship overseas as well in the near future.
  • Is there set prices for freight/couriers or despatch?
    Prices varies depending on the size of the goods, place/country it's going to and the accessible of couriers/despatch in that area/country.
  • How do I add a new question & answer? (Demo)
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • What currency in use please?
    Australian Currency
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title? (Demo)
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • Can I place an order for an item that is not in stock?
    You may but you need to contact us first to see if can be done, Pleas check with us first via email.
  • Can I return the goods I purchased?
    Please read the Return Policy section to see if you can return the product you have bought.
